Information Clause – The Competition

Pursuant to Article 13. 1 and 2 of the GDPR, please be informed that:

1) The controller of personal data that is transmitted in connection with the organised Paradyż Designers Competition is Ceramika Paradyż Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Opoczno (ul. Piotrkowska 61, 26-300 Opoczno) entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court for the City of Łódź – Śródmieście in Łódź, 10th Commercial Division of the National Court Register (KRS) under No.: qw5109, holder of Tax Identification (NIP) No.: 768-166-25-55, and Polish Register of Business Entities (REGON) No.: 592184659, with a share capital of PLN 55,974,210.00.

2) You can contact the Data Protection Supervisor – Marek Grzegory-Roróg, at the following email address: iod@paradyz.com.pl or in writing to the address of the registered office of the Data Controller specified in Point I hereinabove regarding the protection of your personal data.

3) We are processing your personal data on the basis of Article 6.1(a) Competition entrant’s consent and, in the case of w Competition winners, Article 6(c) legal obligation.

4) Personal data can be transmitted only when justified by the purpose pursued to the following categories of recipients:

Entities providing services to the Company such as audit services, postal operators and couriers, IT systems and services providers, insurers, technical, organisational and consultancy support providers, legal service providers, archiving service providers, property and person protection service providers, and authorised entities on the basis of legislation in the meaning of the Act on competition and consumer protection of 16 February 2007, of which the Company is a part.

5) Data Processing Duration

Your personal data will be stored:

  1. For the duration of the Competition or until you revoke your consent;
  2. In the case of Competition winners, for the duration of 5 years from the end of the calendar year in which the Competition ended.

6) Your personal data will not be transferred to a third country/international organisation.  

7) You have the right to access the content of your data and the right to rectify, delete, and restrict its processing, the right to transfer data, the right to contest in relation to your personal data, the provision of which is voluntary, the right to revoke consent to their processing at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing that was carried out pursuant to the consent that was expressed before its revocation. The declaration on the withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data requires a written or electronic submission to the following email address: mgrzegory@paradyz.com.pl.

8) You have the right to submit a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection once you consider that the processing of your personal data breaches the provisions of the GDPR.

9) Your data will not be processed by automated means or profiled.
